
Practice mindfulness with Amy

1.
Ask your little one to lie down comfortably with their hands on their stomach.
2.
Place Amy or a soft toy on their stomach.
3.
Then, ask your Little One to inhale deeply through their nose as you count to three.
4.
After a slight pause, ask your Little One to exhale slowly to a count of four.
5.
Repeat for 5 rounds while encouraging your child to keep an eye on their breathing buddy as they rise and fall.
